FaceOff Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: August 11, 2026 ยท Last Updated: August 11, 2026

FaceOff is a gaming social and voice app. This page describes FaceOff's published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we enforce them.

These standards apply to every part of FaceOff: voice calls, live streams, direct and group messages, clan chats, community posts, comments, profiles, and any other feature.

1. Zero Tolerance

FaceOff has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

You may NOT use FaceOff to create, share, request, store, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or to sexually exploit, groom, pressure, endanger, or sexualize minors.

This includes, at minimum:

Violations result in immediate content removal and account bans, and are reported to the relevant authorities as described below.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceOff.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may only use FaceOff with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

FaceOff does NOT knowingly allow users under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we may delete or restrict the account.

See our Terms of Service for the full age rules.

3. How to Report

Anyone can report child safety concerns:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

4. How We Respond

When we receive a child safety report or otherwise detect a potential CSAE violation:

5. Reporting to Authorities

FaceOff complies with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting requirements.

We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional and national authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations through lawful process.

6. Safety by Design

FaceOff limits unwanted contact by default:

7. Contact
